I know... it's a weird title.
It popped in my head in the shower the other night when I noticed how sore my lower back was and I thought, "I should really get into the habit of doing mat exercise so I can strengthen my core in order to continue carrying Kai in a baby carrier as he gets bigger. Then I thought of something I heard or read with regard to being a mother,
"You've got to do what's good for you, or you're no good for anybody."
How true! How true! But doesn't this apply not only to mothers but also apply to all people in every relationship?! If you love someone, the best thing you can do is not to worry them, and the best way to achieve that is by loving yourself.
If you love yourself, you'll take good care of yourself....

Tru dat. :-) So glad you've come to recognize it. Hard to practice though. That's why many women encourage moms to deliberately schedule the "Me time" otherwise you'll never get around to do it.
