Seriously?

"Kai, do you want to be on the swing, or do you want to push it?"
(cupping his chin with his right hand with index finger on his mouth) "Hmm.... let me think....."

"Daddy, daddy" Kai called outside the bathroom door.
"Just a minute, Kai. Daddy's in the bathroom."
"Daddy, daddy, daddy, daddy..." the toddler persisted.
After a while, when he realized calling his daddy gazzilion times was not getting anywhere. His shoulders dropped, and he sighed, "Oh well.... I guess daddy is not playing cars with me now.... (in Eeyore's voice) Not that anybody cares" and proceeded to fake cry.

"Mommy, I want to go to grandma's house."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. I want to go to Oregon to grandma's house."
"What are you going to do at grandma's house?"
"Play with grandma and grandpa and Holly the dog, and mommy, and daddy, and Weiwei, and Wai-puo."
"Okay, but we have to get Weiwei her passport. Once she gets her passport, we can go.... maybe in the summer, okay?"
"That's a good plan, Mommy. That's a good plan."

(lying on the couch while his dad was changing his diaper)
"Daddy, who made this house?"
"What?"
"Who made this house?" (point up at the ceiling)
"I don't know. Some builder."
"Who built this house?"
Daddy was speechless.

"I want to go to England, Mommy. I want to go to aquarium in England and see sharks, whales, sea stars, and fishes."
"England sounds fun. Where else do you want to go?"
"Tokyo!"

Oh my gosh!! I LOVE this!!! Totally reminds me of Renee at this age. So smart, so inquisitive, so talkative, so silly!! Now, if only June would start talking...she's almost 2 for goodness sake!
